Privacy Policy
The short version
- No account, no login, no analytics and no tracking.
- We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
- Game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see payment details.
01Who we are
COOKTHAI is published by Coldter (“we”), based in Thailand. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) and the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Questions: support@coldter.com.
02What the app stores on your device
To remember the game between plays, the app saves on the device only: levels, stars and the recipe book, quiz results, in-game items (gems, hearts), streaks and quests, and settings (sound, music, reminder time, language). This stays on the device, is never sent to us, and is removed when the app is deleted.
03What we collect
Nothing. The app has no servers of its own, no sign-in, no analytics or crash-reporting tools, no advertising identifier, and it does not ask for location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts. The friends and leagues in the game are made-up characters inside the app; there is no chat and no way to contact other players.
04Purchases and subscriptions
Optional purchases (gems, the starter pack, Chef Pro) are made through Apple’s App Store and are covered by Apple’s privacy policy. Apple does not give us your name, email or payment details. In the app, every purchase sits behind a grown-up math question.
05Notifications
Parents can turn on a daily reminder. It is scheduled on the device itself; nothing is sent to us. It can be turned off in the app’s parent settings or in iOS Settings.
06Advertising
This version contains no third-party advertising or tracking code and shares no data with ad networks. If a future version adds ads, they will be non-personalized and suitable for children, and this policy will be updated before that version is released.
07Children
COOKTHAI is a family game that is safe for children to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (or anyone). Purchases, settings and links that leave the app are behind a parent gate.
08Your rights and deleting data
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To remove the game data, delete the app or use “Start over” in the parent settings. You can still contact us with any question about your rights under the PDPA or other laws.
09Changes and contact
